Do you have open positions right now?
We don't post specific job listings with deadlines. Instead, we keep a rolling pool of applications and reach out when a role, project, or freelance need matches someone's profile. Applying now means you're considered for future opportunities, not just current ones.
I'm a freelancer, how does working with Markom actually work?
When a project needs a specific skill set, video editing, photography, design, we reach out to relevant freelancers from our pool. It's project-based with clear scope and timelines, and strong collaborators often get repeat work across different client projects.
Do I need experience with lifestyle brands specifically?
It helps, but it's not required. We care more about the quality of your work and how you think, strong fundamentals transfer across industries. If your portfolio shows strong work in another category, we want to see it.
Do you work with people outside Lebanon?
Yes, particularly for freelance collaborations. Since we work with brands across the Gulf, remote collaborators across the region are genuinely useful, especially those with local market knowledge in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, or Qatar.
What does an internship at Markom look like day-to-day?
You'll work directly on live client tasks, content planning, research, asset production, alongside senior team members. We keep our roster small specifically so interns get real attention rather than being lost in a large team.
How long until I hear back?
Every application is reviewed, but because we're a small team, we only reach out when there's an active fit, this could be quickly or take longer depending on current needs. No response within a few weeks doesn't mean your application was discarded, it's kept on file.
