About Markom

The basics.

What does Markom do?
Markom is a boutique marketing and communication agency based in Beirut. We provide brand strategy, creative direction, content production, and full marketing execution for lifestyle brands, handling everything from positioning and messaging to the day-to-day content and campaigns that bring a brand to life.
Who does Markom work with?
We work with lifestyle brands across fashion & apparel, beauty & skincare, wellness & fitness, healthcare, F&B, hospitality, and retail. Our current clients include hospitals, heritage fashion organizations, diet centers, fitness coaches, and beauty brands, see our Work page for examples.
Where does Markom operate?
Markom is based in Beirut, Lebanon, and serves clients across Lebanon and the Gulf, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. We work with both local Lebanese brands and brands expanding into or operating across the GCC.
What makes Markom different from other agencies?
Most agencies grow by taking on more and more clients. We grow by taking on the right ones. We cap our roster at 6 active clients at a time, not because we can't handle more, but because we're not willing to dilute the quality of what we do. The people defining your strategy are the same people producing your content, no handoffs, no no brief-passing, no diluted execution.
Is Markom an agency, a freelancer, or something in between?
Markom is a boutique agency, not a commodity shop. We're not a large agency where your brand gets handed to a junior team, and we're not a solo operation. We're a focused, senior team that takes full ownership of your brand's strategy and execution.

Working with us

Process, pricing, and getting started.

How much does it cost to work with Markom?
Our three core services start at different price points: Brand Foundation starts at $3,500 (one-time), Marketing Partner starts at $2,000/month (ongoing retainer), and Campaign Sprint starts at $3,500 (4-8 week project). Exact pricing depends on scope. You can also use our marketing budget estimator for a rough starting point, or see the full Services page for details.
How long before I see results?
It depends on the engagement. A Brand Foundation typically takes 4-6 weeks to deliver a complete strategy and roadmap. For a Marketing Partner retainer, most clients see a noticeable shift in consistency and content quality within the first month, but meaningful audience or business results usually take 3+ months, which is why we ask for a 3-month minimum commitment on retainers.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
No. Many of the brands we work with come to us knowing something isn't working, without being able to pinpoint exactly what. Part of our process is figuring that out together. The contact form just asks where your brand is today and what you're hoping to change.
Can I work with Markom if my brand is outside Lebanon?
Yes. While we're based in Beirut, we actively work with brands across the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar) and are set up for remote collaboration, calls, shared content calendars, and remote content review are all part of our normal workflow.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your enquiry goes directly to our team, not a sales funnel or automated sequence. We review where your brand is and what you're looking for, and reply to talk through whether, and how, we can help. If there's a fit, the next step is usually a call to discuss scope in more detail.
Do you offer one-off projects, or only ongoing retainers?
Both. Brand Foundation and Campaign Sprint are one-time, defined-scope projects. Marketing Partner is an ongoing monthly retainer. Many clients start with a one-time project (often Campaign Sprint) and move into an ongoing retainer once they've experienced how we work.
Why does Markom cap its roster at 6 clients?
Because quality doesn't scale infinitely without compromise. With a hard cap on active clients, every brand gets direct access to the people actually doing the strategic thinking, not an account manager passing briefs down a chain. It also means our availability is genuinely limited, if we're at capacity, we'll be upfront about that rather than overcommitting.
